This five–day module is designed for non–profit professionals and volunteers who want to learn about risk management in the non–profit sector. Participants will be introduced to the basics of risk management and explore the common types of risks that are specific to non–profit organizations. The session will cover risk management strategies, crisis management and response, and best practices for implementing and evaluating risk management programs.
