Delivery Policy

At Pingtar, we are committed to providing the best learning experience for our participants. Please read our delivery policy below to understand how the learning modules will be delivered to you.

  1. After registering for a module, you will immediately receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp with an instruction to start the onboarding process. Please ensure that the WhatsApp number provided during registration is correct as Pingtar will not resend materials due to any errors made by the registrant.
  2. The learning materials will be sent daily via WhatsApp, starting on the date and time selected during the registration process. Please note that the starting date and time cannot be changed once registered.
  3. Upon completion of the module on the last day, a certificate of participation will be sent via WhatsApp as an appreciation for participating in the module with Pingtar.

In case you do not receive any confirmation, daily materials, or certificate within the timeframe stated above, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at erma-support@pingtar.com

 

Refund Policy

In the rare event that there is an issue with the delivery or course material, you have the option to request a refund within 5 days from the learning starting date. Each refund request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we will carefully consider the circumstances before issuing a full refund for your order.
